started out terrible, but i wanted to finish something. i know if i didnt get this workout done i would have to fight cramps the next workout. foot didnt feel the best at first, but i ran anyways. i got everything but the last 4 200s done, and then my foot started hurting even more. even though i couldnt finish, glad to get something in
