at the last minute for some reason i decided to do a fitness test type day. 1 mile wu, 1 mile cd, and 3 mile tempo to see what i was at. i went 6:20 6:30 ish then couldnt finish the last .7. i was dead, i have felt tired since waterfall and i should have known better than to try this. still its a starting point, ill try again next week or two from now and see if i got better. just fatigued to the max
