Notes

fun little 300 meter relay workout. i sprinted the shit out of the first one and slid....SAFE! but i ran the first one pretty damn hard, i think i heard 43 (was 18 at the halfway oops). did two but i was dead after so i couldnt do the second set. worked out cause pat had to drop too. feel amazing so good to be back.
