Notes

did a few different bike workouts in one. every 3 minutes i went up in resistance until i hit the 35 min mark, then i did a few 30 second picks ups and followed it with a tabata of 15 on 5 off x 5 for a bit and did some stretching after. i meant to do my long run today but since i have 5 days until a conference 400 i figured i would benefit more this week from some speed work than a long run.
