first off yesterday wasnt supposed to be a day off but i never took a day off after my long run and i was dead. second week was harder than the first so i really needed a day to try to recover. and i wanted to get on a regular schedule instead of taking random days off.
as for today, for the first time all summer my breathing was completely under control for the entire run. im really glad i took yesterday off because otherwise today would not have gone well. big day today, if i can manage my breathing this week and not die then i really can start training to what i want
