i know 3 of the 4 are correct at least. felt really good, breathing god really out of control but i told myself pre workout that im done with the bs workouts and need to get rid of these special things ive been getting. i didnt want extra rest between the intervals, but i knew id need a modified rest on the jog portion. started off controlled and slowly built down. had a great group of me evan and andrew on most of them, and me and evan really pushed the last two. im really happy with these, regular rest and still ran good. im starting to break through the wall.
