not good. meant to do 5 something but 2.5 miles in i started getting dizzy and couldnt even walk straight on the sidewalk and i had to stop. im severely dehydrated. so at 2.5 i ran the last .5 pretty good to finish something positive and slowly ran back. on the bright side i have a bike now that i can use later to make up miles or something
