Notes

Ran with metronome set at 180. Beeps seemed too slow for first 100m, then got into rhythm, then they seemed too slow for last 400m as I sped up for finish. My theory was that stride should lengthen but cadence remain the same, but I found that sticking to it would have slowed me down. Was I doing it right?
