Notes
It was perfectly lovely outside today. I felt really slow though; my quads were really tired from the hills yesterday, as I haven't really down hill work in a while. I just felt sort of out of my head today, I kept like zoning out and wasn't really paying attention to where I was going. It would be such a perfect day to just lay out in the sun and sleep, and get a tan. I really want a nap.
