Wow. That's the farthest I've run in a long time. Which is good. I needed to run that far for my sanity. And if feels good to know that I could run 10 miles if I had to come August 24th. As far as I'm concerned, I'm ready for the A-10. I realize it'll be about 20 degrees hotter with like 100% humidity, but still, this is a good starting point. I'm proud of this run.
