Notes

Ran across the bridge and back. I was going to do 2 sets of that, but I decided that that would be boring, so instead, I stopped after the first round and then did 3 sets of stairs (all 10 flights). Was only going to do two, but then decided to do the third. It was a pretty good workout, I feel. Then I did 2 X (30s quintuple planks + 50 crunches).
