First day on the daily asthma med, result speaks for itself. This was far from a relaxed pace but quite an improvement in pace so I would say its working. Pretty happy about being able to run in the low 9s after other attempts that were 10-11minute pace. Hopefully I’ll see continued improvement as it works through the system and I can learn to run again.
