Notes

Ankle has felt like crap for the last week and a half. Feels like a recovering sprain, but I never sprained it. I'm going to take this week off to hopefully prevent an oncoming injury.

Surprisingly, the ankle feels fine after after the first mile or so. Felt fine on the Trail run and after. Mostly feels like crap when I'm not running.
