Nike Air Pegasus Zoom+ 32 (Blue/Green)
Found a towpath very similar to the C&O and it started about 3.5 miles from my hotel in Augusta, GA
*started easy then got into a nice groove
*a bit humid and I started to feel a bit dehydrated towards the end
Great run!
