Notes

Decided on doing a workout consisting of some faster stuff

Goals: 1st set @ 76s, 2nd set @ 74s, 3rd set @ 72s, 4th set @ 70s

*ended up wussing out on the 4th set as I was redlining a bit after the 3rd set

*last set consisted of a 200-400-200-400 to help Carlos through

Workout splits:

76.39, 74.96, 76.31, 74.xx

73.68, 73.48, 73.35, 73.90

71.75, 71.35, 71.41, 70.46

34.63, 70.13, 34.40, 68.79

Nice a bad workout considering I haven't been in the track since probably February...
