Notes
Met up with David and Brick at OMHS for a MP workout on the bagel run course (Mile 8-14)
*did an easy 2 mile warmup then got started
Splits: 5:33, 5:43, 5:46, 5:44, 5:44, 5:44
*did a 2 mile cooldown on the Farewell loop back to OMHS
*we lost Brick after Mile 3 and I ran away from David at Mile 4
Legs were a bit tired from Sunday still but the pace felt comfortable
