Notes
Met up with the guys and ran over to the start of the Challenge course for a workout
*plan was to do a progression run starting easy then picking it up 10-15sec/mi to finish around goal RP
*Madison and I went a bit too fast too early and both paid for it in the second half
Progression splits: 6:46, 6:26, 6:12, 5:54, 5:41, 5:44, 5:41, 5:56, 5:44, 5:38
Not a bad workout I guess, but not good either...
