Notes

Long week of work so I slept in (until 8:45am) and ate breakfast before doing my long run of the week

*legs felt great as I picked it up during the second half of the run

*cramped a bit the last couple miles as I didn't drink enough water

GREAT WEEK OF RUNNING!!!
