Longest run since I've been back
*ran through the Mall and over their AMB before picking up the Mount Vernon trail heading westbound
*ran across Chain Bridge and hopped on the C&O/Capital Crescent before turning back
*hot in the sun on the way back
Good long run and solid week given the day off on Tuesday!
