Notes
Ran from the hotel down 72nd St to Central Park and ran East Drive to the north side into Harlem, back down West Dr to the south end of the park then back to 72nd St where I did the short loop again, hopped onto 5th Ave and back into the park on a path to 72nd St then down all the way to the end of the road and over two blocks to the hotel
*first half mile or so took close to 10:00 total having to stop at every freaking intersection; not as bad on the run back
*beautiful day for a run with lots of people in the park, particularly on the south side
*GPS watch didn't pick up a signal until I got to the park so I mapped it
*was clicking off 5:55-6:05/mi during the 7.5 miles or so I ran in the park
Good run overall once I got moving!
