Same run as yesterday in slightly hotter conditions
*met up with Coach Phil, Tunde, and Beast at the 108 light as they were finishing 13 miles on the bagel run course
*ran around the lake with them before breaking off at the boat dock
Legs felt great once again! Taking tomorrow off...
