Notes
First real big race of the Spring and I felt pretty good going in. Knee has been bothering me on and off all week but I didn't think much of it.
*the wind was pretty challenging until we rounded the corner at Hains Point
*felt great the few few miles then I began to feel my knee barking at me so I slowed it down a tad
*despite that, I went through 5 miles right on schedule (26:13), but soon after the wheels fell off
*I had little spring in the legs and I was working much harder than I should have been while slowing down substantially

39th OVERALL
Congrats to my boys (Carlos, Seth, Steve, Kevin) for picking up the slack and running great races themselves!! I will need to redeem myself at Pike's Peek in two weeks...
