First workout in a few weeks and I'm racing on Sunday so I didn't want to start too fast

Workout splits:

1600s: 5:06.46, 5:02.35

800s: 2:26.25, 2:27.00

400s: 70.54, 70.17, 68.95

Not a bad workout but my legs were feeling the 85 miles from last week. Good to have a few guys in front of me.
