Went out with the lead group by the top four broke away early so I ran with David T for a while before passing him
*got passed by some guy going around the Lake and caught up to Brick before being outkicked down the hill to the finish
*legs felt OK but my left glute was really tight so I couldn't open up fully on the downhills
Splits: 5:26 (long), 5:19, 5:15, 5:26, 5:05 (short)
Very pleased with the time on a tough course that was around a tenth of a mile long
