Waited for a PM run and got slapped in the face by the wind
*went to LHS with intention of doing 4 mile tempo but called it quits after 5 laps (5:20 pace) as the wind was brutal
*took a new route across Rt 26 over to the Fire House and back Piney Ridge Pkwy
I pussed out, plain and simple...
