Notes

Workout: 2x(1600-800-400) with 400 jog; 1600 @ 10 mile RP, 800 @ 10k RP, 400 @ +/- 5k RP, then I did an extra 400 with the group after they finished up

*started the workout out in front and never looked back

*legs felt OK but my body is still not comfortable running fast just yet

Not a bad workout considering it was my first one in nearly a month. The wind on the back stretch of the track really took it out of me during the latter half...
