Met up with Carlos and Jared for an easier workout pre-Baltimore Marathon relay
*it was windy as shit on the track
*planned on doing a continuous 3 miles with the first 3 laps of each mile @ 77 sec and a floating recovery lap of 90 sec in between
*ran the first 2 miles then got horrible stomach cramping (dehydration probably) so I only jumped in for a lap on the third mile
