After taking off all week, Madeline and I spent the night in Cumberland as I booked us tickets on the Western MD railway
*the start of the C&O was literally right behind our hotel so I hopped on it and ran southbound for 7 miles and back
*started easy (7:00-7:10s) then dropped it into the low-6:00s on the way back
