Met up with Kevin at Howard HS
*plan was a 5-6 mile progression starting at 6:20/mi and dropping :10/mi
*we did 3 miles easy before starting
*due to the heat and humidity, we had to cut the progression short (4 miles) as we were both struggling to run sub-6:00 pace
