Brick drove out to Frederick for a long run and a change of scenery
*drove down to Point of Rocks and hopped on the C&O heading northbound
*started easy then negative split on the way back
*dropped the pace down to low-6s the last 4-5 miles
Good long run to start the holiday weekend!
