Met up with Carlos a tad early and ran an easy 1.5 miles before joining Tom and Seth at the trailhead
*it was humid as shit today and it hit me hard
*left calf tightened going up Mt. Nasty
*had to stop for 30 seconds or so with 3 miles to go as Tom got stung by something near his eye and my energy level magically increased
Tough run on rocky terrain...
