Notes
Made it to my first bagel run in months and it was a large group. Coach Phil and Randy McDermott showed up!
*was originally only planning on 10 miles but everyone was crossing the bridge so I went with it
*started clicking off sub-6:40 miles pretty regularly
*the course is a tad shorter now since they had to relocate the water stop to the fountain at the Lake front
*Coach Phil and I turned at the library hill for 13
*my left calf seized around 11.5 miles and it is still tight right now
