3 mile W/U, 5 mile tempo on BR course, 2.75 mi C/D with Brick and Kent from OMHS
*ran the warmup loop and decided to do a workout off the track since the wind was howling 20+ MPH with stronger gusts
*ran from the school and started the workout at the Mile 9 marker and finished at Mile 14
*I got lost running back to see where Brick and Kent were but I found my way back
Tempo splits: 5:24, 5:24, 5:30, 5:33, 5:34
TOTAL TIME: 27:25
