Up in Philly serving the VA Medical Center
*headed out for a semi-long run after a day of surveying
*ran over past the Art Museum and Rocky statue and hopped on the paved trail which parallels the river
*was extremely dehydrated from the start and really felt it around mile 6
*got into a nice groove and kept a steady pace for most of the run
