Did 5 miles of 1/4 mile on (5:00-5:20/mi pace), 1/4 mile off (6:30/mi pace) with Brick and TJ
*workout started on Tamar and ran up High Tor to 108 then Red Branch down to Mellonbrook and past Thunder Hill ES to 175
*hit a few icy spots and red lights which caused us to stop
