Drove from DC into Vienna and parked at the Whole Foods there
*ran NW on the trail for 7.5 miles and turned back
*took a handheld water bottle with Nuun but it wasn't enough
*minutes after I finished the liquid, my body shut down
*had to walk the last 0.75 miles back to where I started in shame
