Met up with Carlos for Workout Thursday this week

Workout Plan: 4x(4x400m w/ 200m jog); 400m jog between sets

Goal: 1st set @ 74s, 2nd set @ 73s, 3rd set @ 72s, 4th sets @70s

Workout splits:

1st set: 75.79, 74.09, 74.02, 74.14

2nd set: 72.55, 72.50, 72.76, 72.95

3rd set: 72.08, 71.36, 72.01, 71.52

4th set: 69.26, 70.27, 69.82, 68.16

Did a 2.5 mile W/U and 2 mile C/D
