Notes
Met Brick at the parking lot near the Trolley Trail for a long run on a very humid morning
*started easy going up Frederick Rd then hopped on the Metric course in reverse
*picked it up gradually throughout the run to finish around 6:20/mi pace
*legs felt OK but this was the furthest run either of us had done in a while
Great long run!!!
