Started the workout once we turned off of Oakland Mills Road towards the lake

4xMile with 2:00 rest

5:31, 5:30, 5:31, 5:32

Took a break after the 3rd repeat so Brick could take a shit

Tough workout with the heat and all the sharp turns on the lake path but you gotta start somewhere
