Met up with Carlos at his place in Canton and we ran 4.5 miles before the other guys showed up
*it was very humid out there this morning but luckily we dodged the rain
*the sun crept out a few different times
*we ran north through Patterson Park and over to Herring Run, around Lake Montebello, and back down Broadway to Fells and around the waterfront to Canton
*legs still felt tired so keeping it easy was a good thing
The real taper starts this coming week...
