Notes

Planned workout was 3x2 Mile @ ~15sec slower than goal 10 Mile RP. However, the wind was howling at 30 MPH at times making it nearly impossible to hit goal times

*it was so cold that I wasn't able to click splits on my watch so I ran by feel

*first repeat went OK

*had to cut the 2nd one short by two laps as I had to pee real bad

*third one was tough; ran a mile then had to stop as left calf tightened up

Probably was only running 11:30 pace or so which is pathetic.

Another TERRIBLE workout!!!
