Met up with Brick for a long run
*the plan was to work down from easy to MP and get a solid run in
*took the first 7 or so mile pretty easy then dropped it into the low 6:00s around UMBC
*picked it up once we got to the main entrance of the Park and ran a decent clip 5:38-5:50/mi for most of the rest of the run before taking the last 2.5 miles as a cooldown
I was whipped up afterwards!
