I messed up with watch. I think I hit stop instead of lap. My plan was to run a mile at a 6:20 pace than rest for a minute for a total of 3 miles. So I hit start, ran a mile. After the mile I rested for a minute than I hit stop instead of lap. I ran maybe another mile fast and when I looked at my watch I thought I saw that I was going at a 6:13 pace. Which was my first mile pace (stopped) Unfortunatly, my watch did not record any of it, because I hit stop. What ever I guess, I ran hard, it hurt, it must be good.
