Notes

Its been a long time since I've logged a run. Ok 2 weeks, but that's long to me! Very short, very slow just testing the waters after an hour of circuit training. I wouldn't let myself go any longer or any faster since I'm technically not supposed to be running at all. Only logging it for recovery purposes...heel felt good. Slight twinge after the first lap but that's it. BABY STEPS!
