First day of intervals since the marathon..not the best day to forget a sports bra! However, surprised myself. Ladder workout 400x800x1600x800x400x200. Goal was 1:30-1:35 for the 400's and just missed that. But dead on in the mile, 800's and 200. 1:41, 3:24, 7:10, 3:25, 1:36, 45
