Continuing my effort to learn pace again, as well as speed up my easy runs. I'm also going to start splitting half miles when I'm on a course where i know the half mile marks. Today's were as follows: 3:48, 3:40, 3:25, 3:28, 3:30, 3:07. The last two half miles didn't feel any different to me, so dad said I need to be running faster. That's the goal, we'll see how it goes.
