felt strong, fast. i actually meant to do the loop that goes onto eileen street but was completely in the zone and missed the street, ended up going two more blocks out. i could have ran longer and probably could have even run a little faster. felt awesome.
cold for first 1.5 miles, then pleasantly cool for the rest of the run. shoulders felt a little tight, but that's all.
