Notes

Pfitz called for 8 miles total, with 5 x 600m @ 5k with 50-90% interval time for recovery. Ended up running 7 x600. I targeted 2:10 (5:49 pace). Came in soft on a couple, dead on for the others. Ran the last one with Dennis Roberts, he's a beast, pulled me in a little quicker than on the others.

Right calf muscle is a little tight after this workout. Not, a huge fan of my Kinvara's, but to be fair, part of the issue was adding intervals and going quicker than usual. Regardless, just not my shoe. But I'll run them till they're done.
