That extra volcano was a killer. My legs are numb and my left knee is still week. Almost all of the run was either up or down hill and the new volcano caused me to exclaim 'Muthafuka' when I looked up it from the bottom! It took every ounce of my willpower to run the last K. Today is going to be hot, hot, hot. The sun was burning even in the early morning.
