6 mile long run - making this week's total just under 17 miles! Plus, so far my sinuses and lungs are holding up. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I can continue to ramp up to consistent 20-25 mile weeks again. This morning's run was a bit chilly, but not windy so it wasn't too uncomfortable. The two mostly uphill miles I hit 10:08 and 10:06, the final mile was my fastest at 9:11!
